About Us


Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. (DVCH) is a community focused health care organization providing affordable, accessible, primary medical and dental health care. Services are provided in a fiscally responsible manner to all patients regardless of their ability to pay.

As a reflection of our commitment to the community, we:

  • Believe in the dignity of each individual, and therefore provide a qualified, competent health care delivery team that is culturally sensitive, friendly and respectful;
  • Promote a supportive, team-oriented work environment, with opportunities for growth and continuing education;
  • Recognize that environmental, emotional and social factors affect the health and well-being of the individuals we serve, and offer comprehensive services in collaboration with other community agencies and,
  • Acknowledge and respond to the need for urban-based medical training opportunities through affiliation agreements with graduate medical education programs, medical schools, nursing schools and allied health institutions.

Delaware Valley Community Health, Inc. (DVCH) is a private, non-profit healthcare organization that operates eight Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) in Southeastern Pennsylvania, including Fairmount Primary Care Center (FPCC),  Fairmount Primary Care at Girard, Fairmount Primary Care Center at Horizon House (FPCC-HH), and Fairmount Primary Care Center at Sharon Hill (FPCC-SH); Maria de los Santos Health Center (MDLS); Maria de los Santos Women’s Health Center (MDLS-WHC); Norristown Regional Health Center (NRHC); and Parkview Health Center (PVHC). DVCH delivers high quality, community based, Primary Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health Services to patients regardless of their ability to pay at the time of service.

For over 50 years, DVCH has been the safety net provider for Latino and African-American communities.

We accept all insurances and patients will be eligible for DVCH’s sliding fee discount Scale (SFDS), according to their income and family size. The SFDS PROGRAM is intended to minimize financial barriers to care for patients at or below 200 percent of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG). A Schedule of Discounts is available to all patients who qualify based on their gross household income and family size.
