Delaware Valley Community Health (DVCH) is moving to MyChart, a new patient portal that will help us improve your healthcare experience and offer better services beginning November 2, 2026.

As we prepare for this change, our current patient portal is being replaced. Beginning October 19, 2026, we will start removing certain features from the current portal, including:

• Requesting medication refills online
• Sending messages or questions to your healthcare provider

Online appointment scheduling will also be affected during this transition.Please plan ahead for your healthcare needs.

If you have a medication refill due around October 30, please contact your pharmacy or healthcare team to ask whether you can refill your medication early.
