MARIA DE LOS SANTOS AT COMHAR

Welcome to the Maria De Los Santos Health Center at COMHAR (MDLS-COMHAR), a collaborative initiative between DVCH and COMHAR designed to meet the urgent healthcare needs of our members. We prioritize the well-being of adults facing psychiatric or developmental disabilities, as well as individuals dealing with substance use challenges.

Initially, MDLS-COMHAR is dedicated to serving COMHAR members exclusively. However, our vision includes extending our services to the broader community and our staff in the near future. This partnership provides our members with access to a holistic, integrated healthcare system that includes preventive care, primary health services, and behavioral health support.
